ARC18 Development Award

We can announce that Superlofts Blok Y was nominated as one of three finalists in the ARC18 Development Award as part of the ARC18 Awards. Initiated by de Architect magazine, the award aims to promote excellence in architecture within a commercial project development.

Blok Y was initiated by a cooperative of 30 homeowners (CPO) who were actively engaged from the outset to co-create the building and its shared spaces. The development process was very participatory, involving a collaborative effort between Marc Koehler Architects, Stichting Blok Y (Stadkwadraat, Bergunlimited, Dolte Stedenbouw), Vink Bouw Nieuwkoop B.V. and Coöperatie Superlofts Blok Y U.A. A big thanks to everyone involved for making this project a huge success.
