Wildgroei Haarrijn

Haarrijn is developed by Projectontwikkeling Blink. Superwood, by Superlofts, has participated as a co-maker with Projectontwikkeling Blink and Linkwood in developing the modular timber housing system of the Pergola house. The Pergola House consists of 19 homes spread over five floors. Based on Open Building principles, each unit has a second entrance, creating a flexible space that can be used for multiple purposes. The apartments have an average living area of 62 m². The CLT construction is fully demountable, with easy replaceable parts.
