Rising 95 meters, the design for Tower E reimagines the residential tower as a dense, mixed-use community. A mix of starter studios, apartments and family homes woven into one coherent block. Built on Habraken’s Open Building principle, its timeless frame allows layouts and façades to evolve over time, creating light, flexible homes. An innovative bicycle concept at the building’s heart brings the community together.
